Halal Policy

PT. Oleochem & Soap lndustri is committed to ensure the sustainability of halal production processes by implementing the Halal Assurance System (HAS). This system elaborates, connects, accommodates and integrates the concepts of lslamic law specifically related to halal business ethics and overall management This system is also imbedded in the procedures and mechanisms of planning, implementation and evaluation of production / process of all materials to be consumed by our customers.

The Halal policy is applied by commitment to the following:

Ensure total prevention of cross-contamination with non-halal compliant materials. Applying best manufacturing practices to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene in production to comply with Halal lndustri Standards.

Produce safe, nutritious, and high quality halal products in accordance with government regulations and comply with customer requirements with the implementation of Halal Assurance System (HAS). Ensuring continuous improvement in the system is a core part of our commitment.

All raw materials suppliers are required to submit statutory declaration to confirm that they comply with Halal requirements in relation to the manufacturing process, handling, storage and transportation of products supplied.

Guarantee that all incoming materials and products development are halal compliant, and do not contain any prohibited (non-halal) or doubtful (syubhat) material according to lslamic Sharia provisions

Ensuring halal compliance training is conducted by external and internal trainers, to communicate the objective and ensure the implementation of halal compliance through our employees.
